Integration Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse Operations
  • Maintains warehouse operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing services, operations and team member policies and procedures.
  • Maintains physical condition of two warehouse facilities by planning and implementing space and resource allocation.
  • Implements and revises warehouse management processes and procedures as necessary for all aspects of the warehouse.
  • Attend daily Production Meeting to review incoming equipment and daily schedules.
  • Oversee Production, Repair and Configuration areas in collaboration with respective managers and supervisors.
  • Delegate tasks through the proper channel of Supervisors.
  • Stay up-to-date on national and international shipping and freight guidelines and partner to negotiate prices, terms, etc.
  • Oversee process related to shipping and processing of Daily Sales Orders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely shipping of product as related to daily orders.
Inventory and Receiving Management
  • Manage receiving and inventory workflow by delegating tasks in order to meet deadlines on a daily basis.
  • Plan and execute ongoing strategies for optimal inventory space allocation.
  • Coordinate and execute yearly inventory audits.
  • Research and resolve inventory escalations.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by managing excellence in receiving including shipment validation (such as supplier & manufacturer, material & serial numbers, quantities and condition of goods), and identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
  • Identify process challenges, drive change management and continuous process improvement with regard to efficiency and quality on a daily basis.
  • Practice and hold others accountable for quality control, accuracy and safety compliance in the warehouse on a daily basis.
  • Serve as an escalation point for problem resolution.
  • Partner with production and configuration supervisors to determine staffing requirements to meet customer delivery schedules.
Leadership
  • Forecasts ongoing staffing needs and establishes staffing plan for two warehouse facilities.
  • Ensures team members are trained and following procedures.
  • Act as an escalation point for Dynamics SL database issues and drive issues to a resolution.
  • Along with other managers/supervisors, manage shipping vendor relationships (FedEx, UPS, etc).
  • Maintain high level of safety and housekeeping awareness in the general warehouse environment.
  • Partner with Human Resources on recruitment; conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, and establish training for new staff.
  • Ensure accurate and timely hours tracking and reporting for employees and temporary employees
  • Conduct formal and informal performance evaluations and implement corrective action in partnership with human resources.
  • Build and maintain a positive working relationship with staff and co-workers.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Experience may be substituted for part of educational qualifications as appropriate.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
  • 5 years’ relevant warehouse and supervisory/management experience.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and production equipment, policies, procedures and strategies.
  • Ability to plan effectively; experience planning ahead and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to coordinate, manage and achieve project success through time management, follow through and tracking as appropriate.
  • Action oriented, willing to do what is needed in order to move projects forward in an organized manner with consistent execution.
  • Superior ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple projects, adjust to changing workflow and workload accordingly.
  • Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated and an independent, accountable, dependable performer.
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to express ideas and information (both in written and oral form) clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience.
  • Ability to be accountable for quality customer service and respond appropriately to a variety of personalities and situations.
  • Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak effectively in English.
